• All course or service fees must be paid via approved methods (UPI, Razorpay, net banking, card, or EMI)

• Fees are inclusive/exclusive of taxes based on the service description

• Late or failed payments may result in denial of access or termination

• EMI users are subject to third-party terms (non-refundable interest or processing charges)

 

6. Refund Policy​

Our refund terms are outlined in a separate Refund Policy page. By enrolling in a program, you agree to the refund rules mentioned there. Refunds, if any, are processed per defined eligibility criteria.

 

7. Termination of Services​

SEGOLCONNECT reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to services or course material without notice if a user:

• Engages in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior

8. Certificate Eligibility​

Completion certificates and internship acknowledgments are issued only when:

• All sessions/modules have been attended or submitted

• Required projects or evaluations are completed successfully

• Compliance with attendance and behavior standards is maintained

• You may browse our site with registering

• Any use of downloadable material, forms, or code from our website must retain original credits to SEGOLCONNEC

• You must not attempt to hack, alter, or damage our site or server infrastructure.

 

10. Third-Party Services​

SEGOLCONNECT may use third-party platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Google Drive, Razorpay or LMS tools. We are not responsible for:

• Downtime, outages, or failures on those platforms

• Privacy practices or terms of external services

 

11. Limitation of Liability​

SEGOLCONNECT shall not be held responsible for:

• Any indirect or incidental losses arising from platform issues

• Delays due to natural calamities, power cuts, internet failures, or unavoidable circumstances.

Our courses are educational; results depend on individual effort and market factors.
